Can't get a brake pedal

Hello all, i'm just finishing up a 3/4 ton axle swap on my 1982 k5 blazer and I cannot for the life of me get any pressure at the brake pedal. I had to replace the hard lines, wheel cylinders, shoes, and hardware kit on the rear axle and adjust the shoes. I have went through literally 8 big bottles of brake fluid bleeding it.

I used the Reverse Fluid Injection procedure with my phoenix systems self brake bleeder, then did the old pump the pedal with a helper and i've got no air bubbles coming out of the master cylinder reservoir and solid streams of brake fluid at all four corners, after checking for leaks a bazillion times my friends recommended me to replace the master cylinder (even though it operated perfectly fine prior to the swap) I did just that, bench bled it, installed it, did the same procedures as stated above and still no pressure.

Bleeding the front brakes the fluid squirts out a solid stream and very pressurized, bleeding the rear brakes the fluid squirts out a solid stream just not near the pressure as the front brakes.

I know this is probably the wrong area to post this question but it wouldn't let me post in the technical discussion. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

I feel your pain. When you say no pressure, you mean the pedal goes to the floor? If it's that bad, I guess I'd pull a drum off and have a helper slowly push down. See if the wheel cylinder rods are pushing out at all. If the brakes won't pump up or anything, the fluid must be going somewhere. If it's not leaking, then one of the brakes is moving a lot and not touching anything.
