bought these tires for my m1008. these rims will not fit it.. trying to get them off.. there are stopping my tire machine.

That is exactly what I had and I realized it by myself when I looked at the wheel. It was a deep dish 2" BS wheel.It depends on the shape of the barrel. Some wheels are "reversed" and the hump or step that you need the bead to fall into while dismounting will be on the opposite side. I've run into Monster/Clement wheels like this.
Here is a pic of a wheel showing the step. You need to dismount on the side with the indention (red arrow), this allows for enough slack to get the shoe on the tire machine (or spoon) under the bead. The smooth side (green arrow) will not allow enough slack and if you do somehow manage to get a grip on the bead you'll most likely tear it.
The indention is usually towards the front of the wheel but not always.
