I've got a Dana 44 RS for a '75 Blazer with locking hubs and I can't seem to figure out how they are put in. I've removed a number of locking hubs and full time hubs but this set up is something I've never seen before. I'm not sure if the Locking mechanism is completely destroyed but I'm not sure what I'm looking at or how to get it out. The Locking hub cover came off with the allen screws and it's all plastic. Is this where I'm lost? Is the Hub completely blown apart and I've got to put it back together to get it out?
Can someone help?

There should be an internal ring to take out next. It is round and I use 2 small screwdrivers to get it out. Look for the end of it and start there.

Not sure what a D44 RS is but after you remove 6 allen head bolts there will be the snap ring on the stub axle and also a large round wire retaining ring on the inside diameter of the wheel hub. Using 2 of the allen bolts previously removed you screw them into the hub across from each other and pull the hub out.
