I have a 10 bolt in the front and a lincoln locker 12 bolt in the rear. I do have a 14 bolt and a dana 60 that aren't quite ready to be put in. I've tried to break the axles but haven't succeded yet. So far I've broken 2 front driveshafts and 1 rear. U-joints haven't been a problem so far. I don't understand how everyone breaks the 1/2 ton stuff. I've had the truck on the front bumper with the rear tires coming down hard and haven't had as many problems as other people have on a trail.

That is pretty Bad Ass man!
I want some junker cars and a beater Chevy now.

All the cars ran and came to us for free. We used them as yard cars for the field, jumping and having the late night demo with freinds. The White Monte SS I parted over 3,000.00 in parts off of on ebay before running it over. We have a few more junk running cars and are going to stack them for a greater challenge.

YOU CRUSHED A MONTE SS, YOU bastard!!!!!

that breaks my heart, I wanted one of those for years

Like em big and topless
Excuse me...Would you mind removing your import from under my chevy?

I have to agree with LKJR, you're going to Chevy hell for crushing that SS. When you get there, you will be forced to drive a Bronco for eternity!

Suck Fumes Ford Boy
I keep trying to lose weight, but it always finds me!

I don't want to go to Chevy Hell and drive a Ford. The Monte was free and was so rusted that the frame was almost in two. I pulled every good part off the car including every wirring harness and brackets for the frame and then ran over the rusted Hull before some Ford had a chance at putting The SS to rest. I had to put it out of its own missery.

OK, I didn't know the Monte was in such sad shape. It sounds like you did what was right by sending it to a better place. Now that I think about it, sometimes I feel like I want to crush my Monte!
