The one that matches the carb the best. Better yet match the old gasket to a new one assuming the engine was running properly before.

They both match the carb perfect. the one on the left came with the carb rebuild kit. the one on the right i bought.
Well if you say they both match the carb perfect then i would use the one on the left because the one on the right that you bought is used.

Yea, I used the one on the right. I bought it and installed it a couple weeks ago, then today I decided to rebuild the carb.
