Carb issues?!?!?

I have a Holley 570 street avenger on my '84 K5. Mainly stock.

When im at a light or stopped and I go to hit the gas. The RPMs will die/stall out, but if I give it gas and it goes to die and then I let off and then stab the throttle itll go. But if im easy on the gas, itll fall on its face and this is very unsafe when going to pull out into traffic.

What can I check and/or adjust? Or replace?

I say the accelerater pump is starting to fail. You say when you ease into it that it stumbles but if you stab it it runs better, so I say the secondaries are picking it up when you stab it.
