Carb Question

My girlfriend just bought me an edelbrock thunder series 600 cfm manual choke carburator part number#14054 and it appears, (I've never dealt with anything but the Qjet on my truck), that there is no air flap for my secondaries ? Should I send this back ? It's not some POS off the street, bought it from Advance Auto.

#14054 is not a Thunder series carb. It is a Performer series carb. Performers do not have the air valve like the Thunder AVS carbs and are cheaper. If she paid for a Thunder series and got a Performer or it was boxed wrong. Yes you should take it back
