carb spacer

All carb spacers do is change your torque curve.
A 4 hole will give you more low end torque.
A open one increases the Pentium size and moves torque up on the top end.
For a truck a 1" 4 hole will help give better throttle response and build torque on the low end where you want it.

Interesting, I am putting a Performer RPM manifold with an RPM range of 1500 to 6500 on my 383 stroker. Would it be worth putting my 1” thick, 4-hole spacer under the Q-Jet, or would it be worthless? What might it do? Thanks.
