I ordered a 4 hole Q-Jet 1" thick spacer, but then when it showed up it was the wrong one for my Victor Jr. manifold...I have since ordered an Edelbrock Performer RPM manifold with the spread-bore pattern that this spacer will fit on. Would I get any benefits if I installed this spacer between the carb and manifold, or best to leave it out?

I put a 4 hole spacer on my old 86 F-250. I noticed an improvement off the line and with throttle response. With a carb, a spacer is a good idea, but with EFI, it's just snake oil.

Give it a try. If you don't like it, you can always take it off and sell it in the classified section. But beleive me, it does help.
