carb swap

[confused novice]

i have a 1983 chevy c-10 scottsdale with a q-jet carb with electronic mixture control solenoid and throttle position sensor. Trying to install edelbrock 1906 avs2 but there is no plug-ins for the emc and
tpc what do i do with these plug-ins?

Yes the carb that will work with those plugs is the CCC e4med quadrajet.
You can climate the computer controls by also converting to a regular vac/mechanical advance HEI distributor at the same time as the carb.
The check engine light will need to be disabled.
Not familiar with Clark County emissions testing, but if your truck has to be tested it will probably fail the visual inspection.
