anyone concider going this rout? I ran accross this article. I know most would wonder why not have all the efi stuff. but, if it was mostly on road and not a serious rock crawler, you could combine old school with new and eliminate a lot of wiring and fuel nightmars. thoughts...

I like ls swaps with carbs , for musclecars with a nice Demon on top . Wheeling rigs , do the EFI .

Bone stock 5.3 with the carb intake , a 750cfm carb , and the stand alone ignition does 343 horses as pulled from a truck . Change the cam and get more , change the heads and cam and be capable of space travel
