i think its free.was when i tried it,but it only goes back to '82 or something like that
you have to sign up and it's worthless! all it told me was about passing smog and getting registered. /forums/images/icons/mad.gif

not worthless in the least bit...my dad was looking into buying a used pickup just for minor boat pulling duties and all that...
seems that the vehicle was a repo and was sold at an auction...but within a year somehow it got 30,000 miles put on it...kinda fishy to me...so we passed on the truck
