Just found a cool tie-down loop option. Surface mount, made of 17-4 SS (strong & won't easily rust).
Marine Part though, so not inexpensive.

Only $39.99 USD for the smaller model and the price goes up accordingly. :eek1:

I got my 1200lb rated D ring tie down setup for 3.75 each. :D

I plan to pick up another one tomorrow and do a TRIANGLE pattern with them, so ill have 2 on the sides and one in the back. that should hold my gear down well.

instead of having that rack there and tieing everythign down y dont u get liek a cage thing from a old police car or k -9 unit , or a pice of a cage that u can block the back off but still be able to see

Well, I yanked that tailgate thingy off. Ive got the backseat back in it. and reoganized my gear better.

If I ever get the Blazer where I want it, ill have a full cage inside. But for now. Ive got the back seat back in it and jus got the gear behind it. Ill jus flip the rear seat up if i need the extra room. I still lose the space in the back seat foot well area when the seat is flipped, but oh well. Its a constant thing to figure out how to utilize the space better.

I didn't say they were cheep! Small one is good to something like 4k lbs though. Shouldn't need much more than that.
Besides, they're stainless. Polish them for the Bling!
