Looks fun & well run. Did the guy in pic 2 flip over?

No, he backed up and the front came down, I believe that jeep was leaf sprung, but it did very well for the modified class.

Is that the same place that had the concrete culverts and pipes everywhere? Looks like a fun place where is it?

awesome pics of the newer truck! The exo makes gives me great ideas for mine. I wanted to make something similar to that so i dont take any body damage on the trail, any idea what thickness that tube is?

cool pics...the thing that bothers me is that s-dime. No crossmember or anything where the hangers are...and its right on or near the crush zone...sounds real smart to me

That newer chevy reminds me of WIllyswanter's truck.....

speaking of which, i wonder where his truck is in the fall buildup he was doing....

Nice pics.

Sorry to hijack, but how would one go about making "rocks" like that? Are they solid, or built on a frame. Some of those would be an attraction in the flat frying pan of the plains. Hijack over.

Sweet pics, I like the late model exo sas number.

This is at the spartanburg county fair grounds in SC. Yea, its the same place. They just sprayed the gunite last week, a few days before the event.

tube is 2" .120 HREW

They took dirt, rocks, broken up concrete for a footing, anyhting the could find and packed it down then sprayed Gunite over it all. Gunite is the same coating they use for custom swimming pools. I'm not sure how thick it is, but its some pretty stout stuff. There was a Hummer H1 that went over the first street course, and he didn't damage it. They might have put some wire fence/mesh down to help keep it from cracking and such. I'm going to try to go over there one day and take some more pics of it all.
