After getting burned on a truck cover I've decided to be more cautious and get input before shelling out money for carpet. Any recommendations for, or against, any carpeting or opinions on carpeting will be greatly appreciated. Also, would you recommend standard, deluxe, sound proofing, mat backing, etc. There are so many options and companies and some companies are all selling the same manufacturer's product. So what does the hive say? BTW, going into an '88 K5. Won't be buying right away so I'm trying to take the time to do my homework first. Thanks for any input.

rockauto sells ACC. Just a FYI
Acc from rock auto. Load it up with insulation and stuff. Very nice product.
I put vinyl flooring from ACC in my '90. I felt that they could have done a little better. It was curled up at the edges from the mold and very oversized. This may not be a problem with carpet. I personally wouldn't bother with their insulation as it isn't very thick, it doesn't cover as much as factory, and they don't supply any for the cargo area. I went to an upholstery shop for more insulation.
If i did it again, I would buy just the carpet from them. I got mine from Rockauto, too.
