Ahh, it makes more sense now. I don't know if you can get lights in anything other than chrome or black. I am parcial to KC daylighters because they have never done me wrong and are pretty decently priced. There are quite a bit of different brands out there though so an opinion from another person may vary from mine.
Light bar is the same: I don't think they vary much from color. I have been happy with mine for the most part. The chrome bar has stayed true to it's shine, but the polished aluminum side mounts have lost their clear coat, and have begun to fade badly. I am thinking about powder coating them in the near future.
Your top half is white so chrome or polished would look good. Black would look good as well, so in the long run it is really up to you what you would want to look at everyday.
Edit: I just looked at the link you posted of the bar. I also like the titanium bar. It would be tough to choose if I had to pick one right now. ..........I would probably go with the titanium........
