Where is the best place to order new gears (4:56) and new carrier for 14bolt ff, Also need a master rebuild kit.

You don't need to replace the carrier to re-gear the 14 bolt, there is tons of aftermarket support with "thick" gears that eliminate the need to replace the carrier.

My carrier has been welded. So I figured if I don't want full time lock I need a new carrier also?

I pulled it out last night and they have welded the little windows on the carrier. I have not looked at much more yet.

The 4.10 and down carrier actually has more options for gear ratios. It's the only one you can get 5.38s for, and it's usually what people are selling used gears for.

I'd say your best bet is a Pick-N-Pull-type yard if you can't find one on Craigslist.

Make sure you get an open carrier and not a G80.

I've bought from Summit and ECGS in the past with good results. Summit will price-match a listed price from a website. I felt kinda bad when I had them do it for my 5.38s from autoplicity because they were like $190 or something ridiculously low. Both of them carry crush sleeve eliminators for the 14 bolt also.

Randy's is good people.

West Coast Diff's, are great people as well. :D
I deal with them, personally, whenever I deal with axles.

Randy's has been good.

Just differentials is a good place to deal with.

I have had good luck with big country customs in Vancouver bc, but that saved me duties.

To get stuff shipped to the great white north can get expensive with duties sometimes.
