I serviced my TH350 yesterday and was cleaning the pan and bolts. I soaked the bolts for about 15 minutes and then gave them a little scrubbing with a bristle brush. Must have been when I was holding the bolts.
It also eats paint off brand new lawn mower engines quite nicely too....ask me how I know...
