CD player has no memory after I turn the truck on/off

Well, the damn thing just resets back to original settings everytime I turn the truck off. Is there a wrong terminal to hook it up to on the fusebox? This used to be so easy and if a problem ever came up it was never this simple, now I'm stumped and tired of having to redo all the settings.

you did not hook up the Mem wire to a constant power source.

Some radios have a watch size battery in the back that hold the memory also so you might want to check that too..What brand of radio is it...mike
