CD player in a 79

Umm Ok call me stupid right off the bat :-)

Anyway i picked up a 79 Jimmy and there is no rado in it at all. Now i looked where the raido should be and i see no wires either. Can anyone give me any tips oh how to find the old 8 track radio wire ( if they will even work) or tell me what i need to do to run more wires so i can have a working system? I know cd players today have tons of wires running out of the back of them so what do i do?

If your asing this questions than you had better go to the pros to put in a new deck....... That way you're not going to mske thst new deck into a paper weight......
