Cell phone muting?

My deck (Pioneer DEH6200) says that it can mute the radio if I have the cell phone wired through it. However, it doesn't give instuctions on how to do that. I figure there is a car adaptor or something that has to be wired into the back of the deck or a pre-output on the back of the deck, not too sure.

Anybody have this done to their deck?

i have a couple of the motorolla professional instrallation kits that you actually hard wire into your car with a microphone and speaker. im about to reinstall my girls in the new car. i know you can use it with these. they are pricey though.

350 bucks through motorolla, but i got them off the back of a truck for 50!!

the pioneer mute wire , brown im thinking, when grounded will mute the radio. most hands free car kits provide this - pioneer does make there own kits ( or did last year) for use with the radio and does have its own mic ... and yes the phones output comes out your speakers thru the radio.
