Do they fit in the original location and move the hinge point forward?

Yep. These are actually really cool brackets. I ultimately decided a K5 was just too large for what I like to do. I'm going to start all over on my FJ40, and that's why I'm selling the K5 or Chevy specific parts.

If im looking at the diagram on the website correctly, using the furthest back hole is stock location, meaning could use for stock 52’s and switch to 64’s later?

That's the way I understand it. I never tried 52's on it, just mocked up the 64's with the rear hangers moved back.
