CFM Tech???

So I ordered a bunch of stuff from them last Wednesday 6/15 and paid $40 for 2 day shipping hoping to have it by last Friday so I could rebuild my TBI and install the goodies. Well I've called several times and left messages and sent an email but nobody answers, calls back or replies! My question is are they a one man operation and he is on vacation or family emergency or just poor customer service??? I don't want to do any bashing yet but come on. What are your experience with them? Are they legit? Anyone have similar issues?

Hmm, I think they are ligit. I bought all their stuff 2 years ago and was happy with the results, for no more than it costs.
Don't know about now, but they were good back then.

Thanks WYboy, I've been following your fast build, looks good. Do you still have the spacer's and pressure regulator? If I don't hear back from them this week you should sell it to me, If you still have it.

I just canceled my order with CFM. Haven't been able to talk to anyone or get a response to any emails. Two emails, Two voice messages and about 30 phone calls and nothing. I really wanted their fuel pressure regulator, is their another one on the market similar to theirs that you can adapt a PSI gauge and is adjustable?

Here are a couple photo's of how I modified mine. You have to braze up the holes that are already in the spring bowl so you can hold a vacuum. Then you route a plastic vacuum tube, like air tubing and "T" it into your MAP sensor line or something like that.

I saw another setup someone had that was very cool, in that they attached the vacuum fitting off the bottom and so it protruded down through the hole in the body and you don't have to drill a hole.

I think these vacuum ones are superior to the adjustable spring ones, as the adjustment is very hard to reach and turn.

Ok, that looks nice. So how do you make adjustments with that setup? And how do you know what PSI you are running? I'm still learning this TBI stuff.

I had a similar experience with CFM tech, one piece was backordered and instead of sending me an email or calling me back, they held my entire shipment up for almost a week. I finally got them on the phone and found out it's a very small outfit, and they are extremely busy. I did get my stuff, and have been very pleased with the quality, but I was really hoping for quicker service and better communication...
I'm curious about these vacuum operated fuel pressure regulators. How do they work, and can you dial the pressure in?
