Optimistic buy-it-now price. For my own record-keeping, now I finally know which one this is from seeing the ebay listing today. First saw it in a Denver ebay listing which this new listing sorta refers to — one photo and the old description still works out of that 2010 listing at this vehicle sales aggregator site. Sold for $4500 back then, no real improvements I see to it now. Alas, yet another one where the current seller says various bits of it are original when they are not. Cab seats/dinette upholstery, carpet & rear bumper, and it has a non-original '77 model year roof on it. Such is what happens when owners forget to tie down the roof, and it unexpectedly pops up while you are driving down the road, it partly or completely goes bye-bye, so you have to find another intact replacement.

Was I stupid to sell mine (completely rust free and all complete) for the same price I got it for from Aaron of $2500?
It seems like I should have made a fortune out of it,.

Its not going to sell. That's too much money for too much rust. This happens all the time, rare doesn't have to mean expensive. Old worn out camper equals lots of time and money. That camper is a dirty old pile of crud.
