Actually, I've been tracking that one, serial #1131, from that seller since Oct of 2008, when his original selling price was $9800. He bought it out of the Denver Colorado area in Oct '07, and had owned two Chalets years earlier. I haven't talked to him recently, he isn't internet-savvy. Whoever does his Craigslist ads seems to delete and repost them nearly once a week, instead of choosing whatever longer list time Craigslist offers.

Speaking of your location, one of my other bookmarked search links shows the #0600 Chalet is listed again in Marion Indiana, which Googlemaps claims is around an hour or so east of you (ignore the Dallas label, this seller is just advertising "widely"): http://dallas.craigslist.org/ndf/cto/1795885932.html
