Nice, but not $6500 kind of nice.
Price is all over the map on these, arguably they are worth whatever anyone is willing to pay for them. The #1382 one that was on eBay a couple of weeks ago was bid up over $10 grand, and it turns out the person who bought it off-auction is one of the newest members of our Yahoo Chalet forum. Didn't say how much he paid for it, though.
Another one was in a Denver eBay ad for a single day, not especially good looking and certainly the '77 cockeyed roof causes a few questions, but it sold immediately for $4500. Seller hasn't answered my email about the SN...
