Was looking through ebay at the blazer parts and found this. it has to be the nicest example of a Chalet i have ever seen, i dident know one still existed in this condition. And no im not the seller i just wanted everyone else to see it!

Well its not letting me link or do much of anything but look up this in ebay 1977 Chevrolet Blazer Chalet 4x4

can you pm me the address? if so ill post it for you.

I think it would be neat to have a chalet, theres one going at a local auction, i may go down there and bid on it if it brings cheap.

thanks

Hey thanks to both of ya for the help. Were there diffrent paint options for the Chalet? i was under the impression that they were more a tan color rather than bright orange.

Awww man I love it! Love the old school colors! The bed doesnt look that comfortable.

..Were there diffrent paint options for the Chalet?..
K5Zebra & 86chevyk10, welcome and glad for the enthusiasm for these old campers. I try to publicize the various eBay / Craigslist ads I spot in a few different threads here, like this one. I miss a few more often that I'd like, so I am always glad for more eyes out there looking for these.

For another thread to look at with links to others, check out this one. On colors, Here's a couple of composite pics I put together for a different forum over at conversiontrucks.net. '76s were painted the same for Chevys and GMCs, '77s had a few more color options. It's entirely possible that there may have been one or two more factory color combos. And, we still haven't confirmed if this Chalet (a '78) is a leftover factory version or a very old repaint/refurbishment.

Want to buy one? Our Yahoo Chalet owners' & enthusiasts' forum keeps a list of those, about 45 of 'em scattered around the country in one form or another...
