Yep, back here. Supposedly sold for 12 grand. Over at 67-72 we were talking about this #0023 Chalet when it re-appeared in 2010 on Craigslist under the ownership of the prior guy for 22 grand, and how it had bopped around a bit prior to that for less than 5 grand.
