Changed rear brake shoes and now loud noise?

I just changed the rear brake shoes on my 87 chevy and have this loud grinding noise like metal on metal? What the hell did I do wrong?

Pull the drum and take a peek and snap a pic for us to see.

Crap I just pulled the drum and the deal that adjusts the brakes and the bottom spring fell and they got caught and scored the hell out of the drum and the brake pads.
