there are a couple of guys that have done it,you may want to search. mt blazer did a crewcab on his
I think you are thinking of MTmike and he put a crewcab on a regular cab long-bed. But anyways It depends on what year blazer you are using. I have been told that the 70's blazer frames are different from the 80's.

I put a 80 somethin cab on my 89 k-5. I used the rear crossmember from a pickup and made some mounts to mount it to my frame. here's the link to my conversion. http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=175060

nope got a blazer body for pretty cheap in really good condition well (no rust) getting it swapped over need a few parts then i should be good just waiting for body mounts

I did it on a 76 blazer. Used 76 cab as well so everything was a bolt on deal as far as the cab goes. The box was a tad more complicated. If memory serves I cut 26" out of the box in front of the wheel well and put the box back together again. kind of a short short box.

I realize you found a blazer body, just posting this up for information sake.

i thought about making a super short bed, but didnt want to loose all that room so found a tub for pretty cheap just swapped it. thanks for the info im sure somebody on here will use it
