what you'll need is a np205 with factory adapter and crossmember (unless you want to build your own) that came from the factory in a th350-to-np205 chevy truck. Then you buy a $50-ish spacer (search). Basically, the output shaft on the 700 is just too long... so the spacer takes up some of that un-needed length. You do need to trim about 1/8" off the output shaft of the 700... and will probably need to drill some new holes in the frame for the x-member and modify the shifter so it'll come through the floor in the right spot... but other than that its a bolt-in-and-go swap.
