well i hate my aftermarket gauges, i bought the three pack gauges from napa thinking they would do, and they just aint what im looking for. the pic shows my current set up, and basically what i want is a volt gauge, a temp gauge, and an oil gauge that will fit these holes, but also be more chevy specific, meaning a 80psi oil gauge and a temp gauge that doesnt go that goes lower than 180 so i can see what the temp is when cold.

thanks for any advice

u can get any gauge that will fit those holes, they look to be 2 1/16" in this pic mine r 2 5/8 but they make the same ones in 2 1/16"

just wondering how hard was it to fit your gauges in the orginal holes?

is there a lot of work involved because i may just get a new panel and start over

you have to grind off all the bezels in the stock gauge face, once u grind off all the bezels the 2 5/8" gauges will just slide in, it is A LOT of tweaking here and there and cutting and crap but its worth it to me, o ya, and u have to hollow out the white piece behind the gauges so the back of them will fit in also. o ya and if i didnt work at napa at the time and get a REALLY nice discount, i wouldnt have this set up, its pretty expensive!

I started this on my K5...going in my CrewCab eventually. Looking for a 4th guage for that area first though.

2 5/8" guages, bit of work with the Dremel. They're Equus brand and look to be knock offs of the Autometer. Anything is better than the factory guages IMO.

nice! you should put a gas gauge in the 4th hole, and get a tach where ur stock gas gauge is.

Yup, I was thinking fuel for the 4th hole, then 5" tach and 5" speedo for the two big holes. Haven't got around to it yet though.
