changing rear window on a 88-98 pickup

I'm planning to change out my solid window to a slider in a 93 pickup. I have only done these on the older trucks 73-87. The window rubber looks quite a bit different then the older style. Can I do this myself? ANybody done one?

thay are now glue in like the frt window.
