Ok, so i ended up with one of those cheap jumper packs w/o a charger. Its a larger size one. Supposed to have a special little charger that plugs into it.
Is it safe to charge it as a gel battery at 2 amps through a car battery charger? Just charge it through the jump cables? The thing is basically a POS that i use to blow up my camping mattress, but i like to keep it with me charged on big road /lake trips in case we have battery issues.
Did it once and it worked fine, but would like ot know if this is a really bad idea for some reason.
