Well I was gonna get some pretty soon so i can paint the underside if my K5 but i dont know how much i should get. I wanted to paint the frame, underside of the body(back side of panels,underside of the floor,ect.) Suspension, maybey even the axels. So how much should i get?

Anyways, how many quarts should i get, or should i just buy a gallon?

I just bought two quarts of POR15 to do my frame with.

Derp, yeah, two quarts should cover it all nicely. I'd think you could do the whole thing with one quart if you were VERY careful but two would give you the ability to be sloppy.

degreeser that doesn't leave a residue, like brake cleaner or acetone

so basicaly I can clean everything with brake clean? Also Should I grind areas of the frame down with like a flap wheel to knock loose rust off?

Yes. You want the loose stuff gone and the dust as well. Doesn't have to be bare, shiny metal.
