i just bought an 81 k5 with a very tired 350 2bolt main. i know it needs a rebuild, but i just wanna get a whole new block. I got price checks from Kragen for $750 w/core, and from Auto Zone for $850 with core charge. im looking for an inexpensive but quality rebuild. does anyone know of a particular company/business that has a long block 350 for under $700? i appreciate it.
