I really do not want to spend 200+ on carpet, Is there any way to cheaply carpet My blazer and have it look decent?
Any suggestions would help thanks

Well, you didn't say if you wanted carpet in the cab, or carpet in the bed, or both, but...

If you're looking for cheap bed carpet, you have two options. You can go to a regular carpet store and buy a remnant that is big enough for you to use. You don't have to go full, bulky 70s shag, as there are some pretty cool, sisal-type carpets out there that are relatively cheap.

If you're concerned about water (running with your top off in the rain, or muddy dogs in the back, for example) you can find a marine supplier in your area and buy some marine (boat) carpet. Not as cheap as home carpet remnants, but still pretty easy on the wallet.

Carpet in the cab is a different story, as most carpet kits are molded to fit the floor pan. I'm sure someone out there has used regular carpeting to carpet the cab of a truck or Blazer, but I haven't seen any, and I'm not sure how hard (or easy) it would be to do.

I want the cab and the bed done, i don't mind spending money on things that matter, but carpet is just not worth 200 bucks.
I was thinking about how to form it as well and I honestly have no clue

If you are not going to use a preform carpet, then you either deal with the folds and puffs or use some type of adhesive...oh, or make lost of cuts and piece it together. Adhesive is not a good idea really. Not in an off-road truck anyway.

I used flat carpeting to carpet my VW Bug way back. Used adhesive since it would never see water, large amounts of mud, etc. Looked okay, not as good as preformed but good.

I did the "cheap" route on my blazer when I got it, I needed a paint job/interior and didn't have a color scheme at the time so I didn't want to sink the $100's into it. I used some thin indoor outdoor carpet (black) from Lowes and it seemed to "mold" easier than maybe the thicker stuff would....I thought it looked pretty darn good if I don't say so myself.

I just decided to go black on my interior so bought a real carpet kit.....holy cow, what a difference it made. It was worth the money.

This is the OLD carpet, in my F-250...

All I had to do, was unbolt the seats, and drop in the carpet.
Perfect fitment, custom pressed per application, and the foot pads are PERFECT.

It sounds stupid, but I was worried they'd be uneven.
They're actually perfect.

i used indoor outdoor carpet and cut it into 3 pieces to pul out easliy

The last one I did was also in 3 pieces for removal. I used bedliner on the floor, then got some all weather carpet that costco sells to put over the bedliner.. The carpet is easy to take out and wash, you cant tell its not stuck down, and it lasts great!
