I'd use copper here!....
Only reason I knew some vehicles had one factory,is because people came to the parts store looking for a new one...many develop pinhole leaks when they rot out here in the new england rust belt!..I thought about using copper tubing,at least it wont rot,and it transfers heat well...haven't been brave enough to try copper on my tranny lines yet...but it would most likely outlive steel lines on my plow truck,that thing gets more salt than a saltine cracker...
