It would be the greatest Volkswagon Bug hauler but it's too short for a full size, and maybe a jeep too. 
I barely had enough length without my K5's bumper hanging past the back of the trailer with 17' of deck space.

A Mustang or CJ would fit on that just fine. Hell, most midsize cars would.
Yeah I know its a little too short to haul a k5 correctly, But it can be done. he said he has haulled a burb on it, when my g/fs brothers tranny desided to die.

12ft isn't even close to being able to haul a Burb somewhat well. Heck, isn't a burb's wheelbase right at 12ft?
the safty of you and your rig plus all others is not worth the idea of this being safe and a deal. throw a few more dollers in the pot and look for better deal.
