Check engine after long ride

Ok I'm piss tired can barly lift my arms to type this after driving home. I went to a BBQ about 1 hour away. Highway speeds 55-65mph. Both there and back my check engine came on after what seemed like an equal lengthed 45mins each time.

What could it be I'm too tired to go trip it to check it. Btw when I turn the truck off it will clear and not come back on.

Check what code you have. Most likely a lean condition. First place to check is the egr valve. Mine did the same thing. Fuel economy went up 1mpg on the highway when i fixed it too!

Ok ok I got the point now. Pull the code and go about it the right way instead of guessing....
