Generally, straight sides. Usually they fit over a bushing on both ends. But you could incorporate a bushing into one end if you want, just make the sides straight.
What inside diameter do you use for the Bushing hole? Is there a standard HD pipe to use for this application?
What bushing part do you need to order? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
On the front shackle, how far up (in inches) did you place the cross brace?

There are quite a few options. For one, 1.75 x 0.120 tube (common roll cage material) works with Chevy 1.5" diameter rear spring bushings. There is also some Jeep bushing that fits the same diameter but does not have the big shoulders that the GM does.
This is great.. Thanks Russ!
Does anyone have a short list of tube sizes & corresponding bushing arrangements that work together?

And best one heard: (jeep guys) "We've never seen a full size truck, let alone a Suburban, up this far before".
