there was a company that converted them into extended cabs, but first ive seen like that, and the tails had to be a modification.

Aha! My pic only works for paid subscribers, and now I know how tinypic.com works (much easier than logging in to Photobucket). I knew this ck5 place was good for somethin'....
Photobucket works the same way.
The only difference is photobucket requires you to only log in to upload an image. Once uploaded linking an image to an extrenal site is done the same way as tinypic.
The tail lights show that it is not American in origin. The Chevy trucks that were rolling around South Africa (yes, there were a few, very few) had the same tail lights, one was an orange turn indicator and the other was the brake light. Some countries (including Mexico) require a separate orange turn indicator like that.The vista roof and tail lights bring the serious ghey.
So, I think it's a Mexican model that had some work done to it, then an American traveling saw it and thought it was hot.
