The turbo looks a newer model than my GM-4. If it's a GM-8 you might want to jump on it. Unless it's rusted solid and cracked it would be great for a re-build. If the turbo is in good shape AND it's a GM-8 it's a steal.
$250 is the going price for a working decent turbo. $300+ for a GM-8. The rest is Icing on the cake. Intake is $40+ same for exhaust. Not sure on the rest. If it's in decent shape I'd expect to see $500+ on eBay.
So look for GM-8 on the plate, check the vanes for wear and damage. Free spinning. Pull & push on the shaft the less it moves the better. A little up & down play is Ok because when running oil fills the gap.
Certainly worth a look-see if you can.
