Checking intrest Kevlar fabric

I have 64 24" x 24" sheets of kevlar cloth. I now this stuff sells for about $50 a square yard. make me some offers.

I got it while vacationing in iraq for year..... don't worry if people were actually going to use it I wouldn't have taken it. The peices are designed to cover parts of a humvee. they were getting rid of them because the had up armored the humvees with steel plating and did need them. You'd be surprised the amout of brand new stuff that gets tossed becasue of the logistics to send it to a different part of that country. If anyone is interested theses panels are I believe rated at a level 3 ballistic protection ....what the exact specs are I'm not sure but the are used to less the damage from road side bombs.

You could make some bulletproof D60s.

A friend of mine used stuff like this to make a scatter-shield for his oval track car. Just lined the bottom side of the trans tunnel with it. It has never been tested (he has never scattered a trans), but it has been approved at every track he raced at.
