score used aluminum toolbox for pickup . latch don't work / gas lift shocks missing / paid 60 bucks for it .

score some used caster wheels off old gas grill being tossed out in scrap at work . and iwas thinking going to be metric thread or some chinsy crap floppy loose thread on them but ....... dam 1/2" nut fit like butter . :eek1:

drill 4 holes and mount on bottom and I did to lockable in the front of box . all 4 swivel also .

use some cheep chain to hold lid open just past 90* point. 1 on each end .

pack full of crap and roll in to parking space . when needed roll out or just out of the way .:thumb:

if at some point I need more weigh capacity I will just add angle iron inside it .

I use a similar free giant fiberglass boat dock box for material storage..


steel and fiberglass, works awesome...
