Chevy 1 ton tail gate lights

I have an 89 V3500 crew cab 1 ton and most know on these 1 tons you get the cab lights on the top of the cab and you get the 5 lights on the tailgate (see picture for reference). I know LMC sells replacement cab lights for a relatively good price, however I can't seem to find replacements for the tail gate lights (all my cab lights work, but only 2 of my 5 tailgate lights work, so I want to replace them). Anybody found some? I can't seem to find any and I must be blind

I think they have two bulbs in each of them. A couple of mine only light up halfway, but I always assumed there were replaceable 194 bulbs in there. Can they not be replaced?

You can get those at any napa store. Truck Lite and Peterson both make direct replacements. Maxxima lighting make LED ones.

I used rectangular trailer clearance lights to replace all the tail gate lights on my 1-tons. They are bigger and brighter. I used one old screw hole, and had to drill one extra hole for the mounting holes. You can even go LED if you want, but they are more expensive.
