Do all the chevy 350 motors for have the crank drilled for a manual trans?? i have a 87 350 motor and I wnat to go to a sm 465 with a 205 transfer case.

You would have to put a pilot bushing /bearing in the crank , but for a stock motor in any year there was a manual offered , the crank should accept one .

would a pilot bushing and bearing go right on the crank or would i have to have the crank drilled?

All chevy cranks are drilled to accept a pilot bearing/bushing. No machining required.
