chevy hubcap bolt size

anyone know off hand what the bolt size is for mounting stock hubcaps to the steel wheels?? I have a set of rally wheels but no bolts to install the centers. Going to head to the hardware store tomorrow. Thanks!

You ever figure it out? My guess is 3/8 coarse.

My buddy said that you can use a nut/bolt, I know at least one hole in one of my rims has stripped out since there isn't much metal there.
