Would my Chevy 8 lug swap parts (hubs, backing plates, etc) bolt up to a Dodge D44? Same spindles? Thanks

It may depend on the year, but here's some info I found:
Dana 44-The '75-'79 Dodge 1/2- and 3/4-ton used unit bearing (live spindle) in the front knuckle for economical manufacturing purposes, and they are expensive to replace when worn out. The oddball knuckles are not compatible with other dana 44s or parts.
Edit: but here's an article with a dodge d44 picture in the front. It looks like the open knuckle dodge version is the same as the chevy.
