i can ship it to AZ for $25.
this case will not work on a th400 because it's a 27 spline input gear. you need a 32 spline input. i might have a 32 spline input case as well, let me take a look. or you can replace the input gear on this one with the 32 spline model; they do interchange and the cases are easy to "rebuild".
